Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Naghamah reserves the right to determine eligibility for a replacement or resolution in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
