Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Processing times may vary because many Naghamah products are handmade.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout when available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.
